搜狐新韓線訊 一審判決結束後，面對各種傳言揣測，Rain決定揭露真相。Rain的辯護律師團就最近夏威夷審判的一審判決提出抗議，決定表明自身立場。

夏威夷當地主辦商Click娛樂公司於2007年以「無意舉行演唱會，卻採取故意取消演唱會的方式斂財」為由，入稟當地法院，狀告演唱會主辦方及主管方、Rain及其當時的經紀公司，提出索賠。

Rain的辯護律師團認為「就本次事件而言，欺詐行為成立必須具備以下條件：第一，雙方存在契約關系；其次，Rain應該收取Click娛樂公司所支付的費用」，即一再強調是否存在金錢交易的重要性。

此次審判，美國法院判決Rain應負損害賠償的責任。判決金額中包括「違約」及「欺詐」兩項賠償金。但是Rain與Click娛樂公司根本不存在任何的契約關系；而且Rain從未收受Click娛樂公司的任何金錢。因此，欺詐行為不成立。
